Shipping

We ship within 3 days of receiving your order. 

We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world, though we regret we cannot cover import fees incurred (shipped from the UK, or domestic within the USA). Biodegradable and recycled shipping packaging always used.

National (U.K.): 

Royal Mail 1st Class: Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays. Signed for service included.1st class shipping is £2.95

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays. Signed for service included. 2nd class shipping is FREE

National (U.S.A.): 

We now have a depot in the US - excellent domestic rates available!

International (Europe): 

Royal Mail International Standard Europe: Aims to be delivered with 3-5 working days anywhere in EuropePlease note that selecting this option vs. the 'tracked' option will make it so that we cannot be liable for loss in transit. You will receive proof of postage if you choose this option. European Standard shipping is the current equivalent £5.95.

Royal Mail International Tracked Europe: Aims to be delivered with 3-5 working days anywhere in EuropeYou will receive a tracking code if you choose this option. European Tracked shipping is the current equivalent £9.95.

 

International (Non-European)

Royal Mail International Standard: Aims to be delivered with 6-7 working days. Please note that selecting this option vs. the 'tracked' option will make it so that we cannot be liable for loss in transit. You will receive proof of postage if you choose this option. Standard International shipping is the current equivalent £12.95.

Royal Mail International Tracked: Aims to be delivered with 6-7 working days. You will receive a tracking code if you choose this option. Standard International shipping is the current equivalent £18.95.

Please note: unfortunately due to the cost and sustainability concerns of returning international goods, we can only accept returns on goods shipped to outside of the Europe if the items are faulty upon receipt. Other returns cannot be accepted, but please email team@weoffset.co.uk to see if we can help in any way.

Unfortunately, due to the cost and sustainability concerns of returning international goods, we can only accept returns on goods shipped to outside of the Europe if the items are faulty upon receipt. Other returns cannot be accepted, but please email team@weoffset.co.uk to see if we can help in any way.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at team@weoffset.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
